External Services

This plugin uses an external service provided by QuickBlox to display an AI agent widget on your site.

What the service is and what it is used for: The plugin loads the QuickBlox AI Agent widget (JavaScript) from QuickBlox servers. This widget is needed to show the agent interface to your visitors and to handle conversations, AI responses, workflow execution, and optional human handover.

What data is sent and when: When a page that has the agent widget enabled is loaded, the plugin loads the widget script from QuickBlox. The script is requested using your configured Widget ID (App ID). Messages and other data entered by visitors in the chat are processed by QuickBlox in accordance with their terms and privacy policy. The plugin does not send data to QuickBlox until the site administrator has configured a Widget ID in the plugin settings.
