Description
LagerSky for WooCommerce connects your online store to the LagerSky inventory management service. When an order reaches a selected status (for example, “Completed”), the order data is sent to LagerSky, which deducts the products from inventory and can optionally post the cost of goods, sales, and invoice to your accounting system.
The plugin is intentionally lightweight: all inventory and accounting logic is handled by LagerSky. The plugin does not have direct access to your database and only stores your settings (license key and related configuration).

Use of an External Service
This plugin requires and communicates with LagerSky, a third-party service operated by AktivWeb (organization number 938 383 413, Norway). A LagerSky account and license key are required for the plugin to function. The service handles the actual inventory management and accounting operations.
What data is sent, and when:
When an order reaches the status you have selected, order data is sent to the LagerSky API (https://www.lagersky.no/api/v1/): order number, line items (SKU, product name, quantity, and price), and – if invoicing is enabled – invoice details (name, company, email, phone number, and address).
When you open the settings page or click “Check License”, the license key is sent to verify its status.
No data is sent unless you have entered a license key and configured the plugin.

Installation
Upload the lagersky-for-woocommerce folder to /wp-content/plugins/, or install it via Plugins Add New.
Activate the plugin. WooCommerce must be installed and activated.
Go to WooCommerce LagerSky and enter your license key (found in LagerSky under Settings License Key).
Select the order status that should trigger the inventory deduction (recommended: “Completed”).

Do I need a LagerSky account?

Yes. The plugin connects WooCommerce to LagerSky, and you need an account with a valid license key. You can create an account at https://www.lagersky.no.

Is customer data sent outside my website?

Order data, including invoice details, is sent to the LagerSky API to update inventory and, if enabled, create accounting entries. See the “Use of an External Service” section and the Privacy Policy for more information.

Do I have to use the accounting integration?

No. Posting to Luca Regnskap is optional. Without the accounting integration, the plugin only deducts products from inventory.
