It uses this external service to automatically generate descriptive ALT text for images in the WordPress Media Library. When generating ALT text, the plugin sends: – The image file URL (a public or authenticated link from your Media Library) – The Gemini API key you provide (from your own Google AI Studio account) No personal user data, login details, or analytics are transmitted. The API key is stored **locally** in your WordPress database under the `sioai_gemini_key` option and is never shared externally.
