Both are used only for the features described, and only as a result of an action you take (entering your Bsale API token, or activating a Pro license). No data is sent on a fresh install before you configure these features. #### Bsale API (bsale.io / bsale.cl) What it is: Bsale is the Chilean POS and electronic invoicing platform this plugin integrates with. The plugin is an unaffiliated third-party integration. Data sent and when: * Your Bsale API access token is sent with every request, to authenticate. * Product, variant, SKU, price and stock queries are sent when you sync your catalog or when Bsale stock webhooks arrive. * When a tax document is emitted (boleta, factura, credit note, dispatch guide), the order data required by the SII (customer RUT, razón social, line items, amounts) is sent to Bsale so it can issue the legal document. This happens because the plugin’s purpose is to mirror your Bsale catalog into WooCommerce and to emit SII-compliant documents through Bsale. Upload the plugin folder to `/wp-content/plugins/australcode-bsale`. 2. Activate the plugin from the WordPress admin “Plugins” menu. 3. Navigate to **Australcode Bsale Configuración** (the admin is in Spanish). 4. Enter your Bsale API access token (available in your Bsale account). 5. Select your default office (sucursal) and configure document type preferences. 6. Configure the Bsale webhook URL in your Bsale account to enable real-time stock updates. Yes, you need an active Bsale account with API access. The plugin connects to your existing Bsale account via API token. ### What’s the difference between Free and Pro? Your Bsale account connection and general settings (API connection, document types, tax options) are stored independently of the Pro features, so when you move to the Pro version your existing configuration carries over — no re-entry needed. ### What happens if I stop using Pro? The free version is fully functional on its own — it keeps handling product/stock sync and manual emission of boletas and facturas. The Pro features are provided by the separate Pro version and are not part of this free plugin. ### Is it compatible with the WooCommerce Block-based Checkout? By default it renders under the add-to-cart form, which only exists on the standard product page. Yes, through these filters and actions: * `acbsl_should_render_stock_widget` (filter) — decide whether the widget renders. Receives the default verdict (the product has a Bsale mapping) and the product ID. Return false to hide it, true to force it. * `acbsl_stock_by_office` (filter) — the branch rows before they are cached and sent to the browser. Each row is `office_name`, `available`, `in_stock`. Use it to hide branches that are not open to the public, reorder them, or rename them. Note it runs before the 5-minute cache, so a per-visitor callback would leak the first visitor’s result to everyone. * `acbsl_stock_widget_html` (filter) — the widget’s final markup. Return an empty string to suppress it. * `acbsl_before_stock_widget` / `acbsl_after_stock_widget` (actions) — run right before and after the widget is emitted. Both receive the product ID. ### Can I restyle the widget with CSS? Yes. The widget inherits your theme’s colours and fonts, so it usually needs no work. To adjust the “in stock” badge text colour, set this custom property on your theme’s stylesheet: * `--acbsl-badge-green-text` — text colour of the in-stock badge. Defaults to `# 146c2e`. Two of those options define which checkout field is the city and which is the comuna, so once they were lost the next document went to the SII with **city and comuna swapped**, with no warning. All sixteen options the free version does not display are now preserved intact. If this affected you, review the checkout mapping under Settings before emitting a new document. * **Fixed:** customers who had already bought Pro but still had the free version installed saw an “Upgrade to Pro” screen with a button sending them to buy again, right next to the notice saying their license was active. That screen now recognises this state, shows the license as active, and offers the Pro download instead. * **Fixed:** the “Save changes” button in Settings had no focus indicator, so keyboard users could not tell where they were. * **Fixed:** progress counters contradicted each other across screens because each one counted its own scope without saying so. Each now names its scope, and the dashboard no longer invites you to connect Bsale when the connection is already in place. * **Fixed:** the stock-per-office widget now announces itself correctly to screen readers — it reports whether it is expanded or collapsed and reads the result when it arrives — and its button meets the minimum touch target size. * **Fixed:** the stock widget icon was an emoji; it is now a proper icon that inherits the theme colour. * **Changed:** the plugin is now named “Australcode Facturación Electrónica SII& Stock for Bsale”. Same plugin, same data, same settings — nothing to do on your side. * **Internal:** removed 59 per-request deprecation notices on PHP 8.4 and above, and fixed the two scripts that build and verify the free package, which had been failing silently since June. #### 3.7.5 * **Fixed:** the plugin no longer floods `debug.log` with Action Scheduler warnings. Two paths ran too early: the hourly self-check of scheduled tasks, and the task re-scheduling that runs once after every plugin update. Both now wait until Action Scheduler is ready, and the tasks are still scheduled — only deferred. * **Changed:** the licensing screen and its menu entry now read “Licencia” when Pro is active and “Mejorar a Pro” when it is not, and the Pro view states what the license covers. The card on that screen uses the same wording, so the whole screen speaks with one voice. This also removes an English label that was showing inside the Spanish admin. * **Fixed:** the licensing screen was showing part of its text in English on sites running a Spanish locale other than Chilean Spanish — including `es_ES`, which is what every site we know of runs. An English heading sat on top of eight bullets in Spanish. The plugin now falls back to its Chilean Spanish translation for any Spanish locale (`es_ES`, `es_MX`, and so on), and still steps aside if a translation for the exact locale is installed. * **Fixed:** admin interface polish, mostly on phones — the license box now stacks instead of overflowing, section actions and tabs no longer run off-screen, the save bar wraps on narrow widths, collapsible cards reopen at the right height, and focus outlines use the plugin’s own colour. * **Internal:** the Pro licensing check now also requires the Pro build to be the one running, not just a valid license. No change for existing installs; it prevents Pro screens from ever appearing on a build that does not carry the Pro code. #### 3.7.4 * **Fixed:** saving settings on the free version could silently erase Pro configuration stored from a previous Pro license (shipping SKU / office mappings and payment- method mapping). Those values are now preserved when their fields are not part of the form, so reactivating Pro restores the setup intact. * **Fixed:** on phones, the product and activity tables could overlap rows and cut off text. Rows now size to their content. * **Fixed:** the log list showed an empty gap under each entry. * **Fixed:** checkboxes and radio buttons in Settings now use the plugin’s own accent colour instead of the WordPress admin blue. * **Changed:** clearer plugin description and accurate license information (single- site and 5-site licenses).
